Just to clarify, ESD ratings and Absolute Maximum ratings are not same.

AWRL6432 device pins already have internal ESD protection as mentioned in the ESD Ratings section of AWRL6432 Single-Chip 57- to 64GHz Automotive Radar Sensor datasheet (Rev. A). Since, ESD is sudden discharge of static current, which is low in energy. In this event current flows through internal ESD protection circuit. ESD does not have a dynamic source. If the ESD strike is beyond the AWRL6432's ESD protection specs then the device will get damaged, and the performance of the device is not guaranteed. Please refer the ESD Ratings in the datasheet for specs.

The absolute maximum ratings table does not talk about the ESD. This talks about the supply variation. Supply variation is not protected by ESD circuit. It is an energy waveform with proper source. In this case, current passes through the actual circuit and damages the device on supply beyond spec.

When we use the UART with 3.3 I/O level, What's the best Vrwm(Reverse Standoff Voltage) and Vc(Clamp Voltage)?

Plus, What's the mean about Corner pins in datasheet's ESD Ratings table?
