TMP112: TMP112EVM Log file

Hi, 

I'm using the EVM112EVM, successfully connecting to the device with the TI Web software.

I need to save a long log, of 30 min or similar. 

When I press "SAVE START", I see that a log starts being saved in the "Downloads" folder of my PC. 

When I press "Save Stop", I see that the log file is saved. 

If I don't press Save Stop, the software stops saving the log automatically after some minutes (probably 5-7 min). When this happens, no log file is saved. 

I don't find any control to set the duration of the log.  

Can you tell me if is there any option or configuration to save longer log files?

    Hi Leonardo,

    The GUI should not stop logging (downloading) unless there is a hardware disconnect/fault. Have you made any changes to the TMP112EVM hardware? I tested just now, and was able to log for ten minutes before I clicked the stop button. All ten minutes of data was accounted for.

    Alternatively, your TMP112EVM hardware is compatible with the newer TMP113EVM GUI. If you download the offline version of the TMP113EVM GUI, it will append to file instead of using the download prompt. This way, even if there is a hardware disconnect, the data collected thus far won't be lost.
