TMP75: Device ID/ Vendor ID to readback from device

Hi team,

My customer is looking for reading back Device ID/ Vendor ID, do we have such infomation to share and readback?

Please see below example capture from other IC datasheet.

Hi Oliver,

TMP75 does not have the Device ID register. If you require this feature, you must buy TMP1075 instead.

Hi Ren,

Thank you for your input, as I checked the datatsheet, are they drop in replacement to each other for 8 pin device? I assume they should be drop in replacement, cause I am seeing the size looks different at the first page of datasheet, but some of the size looks bigger at TMP1075. But the last paragraph of datasheet is showing the exact same layout pattern,

Could you please help clarify on this? Thank you.

The TMP1075 is offered in more industry standard packages than the TMP75. However, there is a P2P version of TMP1075 for each package variant of TMP75.
