Here is the schematic. please check if below configurations are ok or not?
1. AC40 is 0.1uF/50V
2. Both SDA/SCL pins are pulled up to 5V with 10KOHM. (10KOhm is not showed on the schematic, since it's located at somewhere in schematic)
3. ALERT is not used. ALERT is connected to Ground.
