Tool/software:
I installed the GUI but the device is recognized as Other Devices by Windows 11. And the GUI can not assign a serial port to it. Please help me !!! I can't find the correct driver on TI site.
Hi Enrique,
Thank you for posting to the Sensors forum!
Are you able to share a screenshot of what the device is popping up as? Also do you have LabVIEW installed as it is required by the GUI?

Hi Alicia,
Does the GUI require the complete LabView installation or just specific modules?
I've included some screenshots. Thanks for your help.
Hi Enrique,
I believe that it need the complete LabView installation.

Hi Alicia,
I successfully installed the LabView 2025 Q1 Community Edition, but the TDC1000 board is still not fully recognized by my OS (Windows 11). It appears in Device Manager as a TUSB3410 Boot Device, but I cannot locate the correct driver.
Could you advise on what might be causing this issue or recommend any additional steps I should try?
Thanks for your help!
Hi Enrique,
It looks like in the thread below someone was having a similar issue to you where the TUSB3410 wasn't able to be assigned a COM port: TUSB3410UARTPDK: TUSB3410 can't be recognized in PC
From the thread above, there is a link to a COM Port Windows Driver for the TUSB3410 which seemed to help the user from the thread: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SLLC428
Please let me know if installing the linked driver helps.

~Alicia

I appreciate your support.
Best regards,
Enrique.
