AWR1843BOOST: Issue with Number of Objects in Frame

Hai,

In AWR1843BOOST board with MRR demo flashed in it we are not getting constant number of objects in adjacent frames.

The EVAL board is kept in constant surrounding with antennas facing at same sight.

For example in one frame if we get 13 objects in next frame we will be getting only 4 objects.

Is the issue of Firmware or Hardware limitation.

Hi Rehman,

Are you using 2 subframes in the MRR demo i.e are you using both MRR and USRR in the application?

Yes we are using 2 subframes both MRR and USRR.

Hi Rehman,

In that case, are you comparing the number of detected objects in each of the subframe or are you comparing the number of objects detected in two different frames i.e Frame 1 - MRR and Frame 2 - MRR? If you are comparing the results of two subframes then number of detected objects will be different in each subframe.

Hai Samhitha,

We were comparing the results of 2 subframes, so because of that i guess we were getting different number of objects.

So if we need to use 2 subframes at a time then using the subframe number in the HEADER payload we need to separate it right?
