Hi Yuichi,

NSMD is preferred. Please refer to the package outline section in the datasheet about the solder mask opening parameters. Hope this answers your question.

What I want to know is the pattern at the part of launch.

At the part of launch, through holes should be embedded with PCB .

So I want to know recommended PCB pattern that includes shape of launch.

Hi Yuichi,

Please download the design files from the product page if you haven't AWR2E44PEVM Evaluation board | TI.com

Once you open up the file in Altium, we have a dxf file already in the mechanical layer which you can enable to view and also use it in your design to define the cut-out portion. Please unable the fab notes and go over the notes starting from 17 regarding the cut-out area and the tolerance after plating.
