Tool/software:

I'm looking for a 60 GHz or 77 GHz radar module that has two transmit (Tx) and two receiver (Rx) antennas. However, one of the Tx must transmit horizontal polarisation, and the other vertical polarisation. Similarly, one of the receive antennas must receive horizontal polarisation and the other vertical polarisation.

I wondered if the IWR6843AOP or other evaluation boards had such antennas?

    Just to make myself a bit clearer here, when i say Tx and Rx i'm referring to the patch antennas on the TI modules, not any other external antennas. Since TI offer a whole host of boards with patch antennas, do any of these antenna arrange so you can transmit in H-polarisation and receiver in V-polarisation?

    Hi Neil,

    No, we do not have any antennas where TX or RX pairs are polarized differently all the elements are linearly polarized in vertical direction.
