Hello TI experts,

In mmw_demo example, There are some radar cube format.

For reading range-doppler data per antenna,

I just changed format 4, got an error.

Q1. Can I use radar cube format 4 or 5 in mmw_demo?

Q2. If possible, what modifications should I make?

Q3. If not, Is there any example for it?

Hi JB,

The mmw_demo in SDK supports only DPIF_RADARCUBE_FORMAT_6. Hence, you got this error.
Q3) Regarding the examples that support format 4 or 5, I will loop in our software expert to answer.

As Deexith mentioned that the SDK L demos only supports DPIF_RADARCUBE_FORMAT_6.

I did a global search for DPIF_RADARCUBE_FORMAT_4 and DPIF_RADARCUBE_FORMAT_5, and only found a DPIF_RADARCUBE_FORMAT_4 is used in gesture demo (https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=A__AHILEgPl8RYgiY.NAapNHg__radar_toolbox__1AslXXD__LATEST)

when they store the 2D FFT radar cube (Doppler Cube).
