IWRL6432AOPEVM: mmwave visualizer flash out

Dear Sir/Madam,

I download MMWAVESDK05.05.30 for my board IWRL6432AOPEVM, but when I follow the video to the step of  "open the visualizer", it opens then flash out immediately, can you help me solve this probelm.

I uninstall and reinstall again but the problem still there. I tried to open industry visualizer seems okay, but that's not what I want. The visualizer I need is 5.4.0 or 5.5.0.

please help.

    Hi Carol, 

    Thanks for your patience. I don't believe this is a known issue. Just to confirm, you're seeing the console open briefly and then close correct? The visualizer itself is supposed to open in your browser. Does the visualizer ever come up in the browser? Can you also try having your browser open prior to launching the visualizer?

    Hi Josh,

    When I double click "visualizer.exe", it gave me this error message

    then flash out immediately. I tried to open the browser first then clicked it again, but still couldn't open it, only terminal message then closed automatically.

    The visualizer can't come up in the browser. Only showed the terminal message, please help.

    Thank you for the additional information. Can you please try right-clicking on the application and selecting "Run as administrator"?
