AWR1642: CCS: Importing Projects

Hello,

I am currently using AWR1642 and trying to import mmWave SDK projects into CCS. Eventhough I have downloaded all related compilers as seen below, CCS cannot see the files under "C:/ti" folder and when I try to import MSS projects "No TI Arm compilers are currently installed" error occurs. How can I solve this issue and how to import and correctly create the bin file for the related projects?

Hi,

Please use CCS 12.xx.

The CCS projectspecs are not included in the SDK. Please download the radar toolbox from the TI Resource Explorer.

C:\data-nobackup\2025\radar_toolbox_2_30_00_12\source\ti\examples\Out_Of_Box_Demo\src\xwr1642

Hello Cesar,

I had already downloaded the radar toolbox but could not import the projects. Instead I have deleted all the programs and redownload first the SDK and then CCS. By doing that the problem was solved and the CCS saw the compilers carefully.

However, I have trouble when I try to compile and debug the imported projects. Therefore cannot create the bin files to be used to visualize the data. Can you help me to succesfully use the radar toolbox codes and visualize?
