AWR2944P: How to enable OSC_CLK_OUT output?

We tried to enable OSC_CLK_OUT_ETH and OSC_CLK_OUT, but there is very little description about them in the TRM documentation

We hope to use this to replace the 25MHz XTAL, as shown below:

However, when measuring with an oscilloscope, there is no Clock output. How can we complete this function?

OSC_CLK_OUT should be enabled by default. Where are you probing for OSC_CLK_OUT pin?

We pull the wires directly from A2 and B1 for measurement

Let me double check this on an EVM and get back to you. Ideally the OSC CLK should enabled by default.

Hello,

I stand corrected here. The OSC_CLKOUT and OSC_CLKOUT_ETH are NOT enabled by default on AWR2944x devices.

This signal is enabled by default on AWR2243. Below is the info on how this signal:

OSC_CLKOUT should be 1.4V to GND, single-ended 50MHz square-wave
OSC_CLKOUT_ETH should be a 1.8V to GND, single ended 25MHz square wave.

Both these signals cannot be enabled at the same time.
