Hello,

can you please help with a customer issue of his new bord with P/N: MMWCAS-DSP-EVM ?

THe customer had already opened a case on the E2E forum:

e2e.ti.com/.../mm
wcas-dsp-evm-boot-uart-issue

and was recommended to get it returned.

We, as his distributor would now need an option to return the board to TI, before we can send a replacement

Can oyu help here, please?

I think you should follow the defined RMA procedure.

Many thanks for looking into this Cesar!

Usually I would have expected that TI wants to inspect the board, before allowing a replacement, especially with these high value boards.

Awaiting your response, once you have heard back from your hardware team.

Please follow the return process listed on the below page. Please provide a link to the E2E thread if needed. You should be able to get a new board.
