AWR1843AOP: AWR1843AOP for ADAS

Part Number: AWR1843AOP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR1843BOOST

Tool/software:

Hi. I am interested in developing a custom PCB board with AOP chip for ADAS applications, particularly radar and camera fusion detecting cars at range >100m. Currently I am looking at AWR1843AOP with the out of box demo firmware. Using mmWave sensing estimator tool, I was able to obtain max range of 107m for cars object with desired configuration set as 'Long Range Default' (cfg shown below), and it seems to match quite well with the max range formula. So I have a few questions

profileCfg 0 76 2 3.8 19.06 0 0 14.97 1 178 12481 0 0 30
channelCfg 15 7 0
adcbufCfg -1 0 1 1 1
chirpCfg 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1
chirpCfg 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 2
chirpCfg 2 2 0 0 0 0 0 4
frameCfg 0 2 81 0 33.33 1 0
mm
1. Is the configuration parameters compatible with the out of box demo firmware? Because I wasn't able to achieve the same results with the mmWave demo visualizer tool.

2. MRR Beamsteering and Medium Range Radar lab is capable of detecting 150m. Does it support AWR1843AOP as of now? I read that you would need to rebuild the lab to support only MRR subframes. Has this been verified and how would this affect the performance compared to BOOST EVM?
