AWR6843ISK: Urgent: AWR6843ISK Connection Issue

It seems that you are switching between two mode.  AWR6843 + mmWaveICBooster and AWR6843 by itself.   

Which mode you are experiencing problems?  Can you be more specific?  

By the way, when you connect AWR6843 by itself, the switching setting will be different.  Please take a look at following page inside radar toolbox:

Hi Zigang, 

Thank you for your response. I am aware of the switching settings. The boards shown above are interconnected for data collection, as depicted in the last attached photo. The remaining images are only for illustrating that the LEDs on the MMWaveICBoost changed after connecting the AWR6843ISK.

As I mentioned, the setup was functioning properly, but after a few hours, the USB ports became completely undetectable.

Hi Ramin,

It seems like your board may be shorted or damaged, we have a similar board that has the same characteristics where the LED's changed and we were no longer able to recognize it in our COM port. 

Can you check if the power supply you are providing is less than or equal to 2A @ 5V? Do you have access to a different board to test whether this is board dependent? You may additionally want to try different micro USB cables, and other USB ports.

We have already double-checked the power supply and did not find any issues on that side. We have just received a new board and will perform tests to determine if it is a hardware issue.
