AWR1843BOOST: AWR1843Boost MRR TLV Parsing. .

Part Number: AWR1843BOOST

Tool/software:

Is there a way to parse the TLV sequence from the MRR demo provided in the SDK. Currently, the board is being used in tandem with MRR demo to detect objects to implement a Driver Assistance warning system. Upon reading the documentation for the MRR demo it appears there is no specific way to parse the data stream. Is it possible to parse this data so that the detection info can be sent to a Raspberry Pi5. Is it possible without the use of the MRR demo so that we can program the board ourselves.

  • Hi,

MRR demo is not provided in the SDK. It's part of Radar Toolbox.

You can refer to MRR visualizer code to create your own parser - radar_toolbox\tools\visualizers\MRR_GUI\read_file_and_plot_object_location.m

Is it possible without the use of the MRR demo so that we can program the board ourselves.

Can you be more precise about what you are looking for?
