AMC6821: 25KHz fan controller IC

Hi,

Is there any IC that can generate 25kHz PWM from 0 to 100% duty cycle? 

Application if fan speed control.

PWM duty cycle should be adjusted by adjusting analog voltage at one of the pin. 

No communication with micro for duty cycle adjustment.

Preferably SOIC package.

    Hi Murali,

    I'm sorry, but none of our fan controller ICs accept an analog input. I'm not sure if this circuit exists anywhere else in TI, either. I suspect the best solution for this would be a small MCU with firmware burned into it for this operation. Have a look at our MSPM0C portfolio, which has devices in 8 pin packages as low as $0.16.
