IWR6843AOP: PCB Decal Design Help the Thermal Pad

I'm making IWR6843AOP Decal.
then, I found Thermal Pad in center.

but, this pad design have no design in Solder Paste Example.

I can see the Thermal Pad Copper design in IWR6843AOPEVM Bottom.

if I want to add Thermal Pad about Decal, this pad is connecting and soldering GND?

if that is not true, PCB is set Copper below Thermal Pad?

Hi,

It is recommended to add solder paste between the device pad and the thermal pad (mask opening) on the PCB.

I add PCB GND Pad in a part centor.
then, the Thermal Pad is soldering with IWR6843AOP centor Pad?

Yes, please add solder paste between IWR6843AOP center pad and thermal pad for effective heat transfer. You can find the solder paste definition if you check the design altium layout files below.
