I'm really sorry for posting in Chinese . I'll restate my question in English. I'm attempting to replicate the PCB described in the TIDEP - 01033 technical support document. However, during the debugging process, I found that the output voltage of the chip TPS6285020MDRLR is only 0.6 volts. I'm not sure how to solve this problem.

TPS628502MDRLR is a fixed output 1.8V DC regulator. Can you please share the circuit schematic, input and output voltage waveforms? Also, is this behaviour across all boards?

Yes, it can also appear on other circuit boards in my batch. Some circuit boards only have TPS628502 circuit without load, and the same applies

Can you check the reel label for the material you procured to make sure it is the fixed version TPS6285020MDRLR.
Since you see the output at 0.6V, it looks more like the adjustable TPS628502DRLR.

Thanks. It looks like you have the wrong part number. To get 1.8V, you need to have the TPS6285020MDRLR part number and not the TPS628502DRLR.
0.6V output is expected with the TPS628502DRLR part you have when VOUT is connected directly to FB.
Can you please order the TPS6285020MDRLR part on TI.com or request your field/sales contact for samples?
