My customer Valeo asked if we have 3D Hall sensors which can meet the requirement below:

1.Automotive Grade (AEC-Q100)

2.Input :5V

3. Communication:SPI or I2C

4.3D magnetic measurement

5.Low Iq ≤ 5uA

6.Wake up mode

    Thank you for posting to the Sensors forum!

    From the description that you have given, I believe that the TMAG5170-Q1 device may be a better fit. The TMAG5170-Q1 allows for a 5V input, whereas the TMAG5173-Q1 is only 3.3V. Also, the TMAG5170-Q1 has a W&S mode that the customer can use vs the TMAG5173-Q1 which only has a sleep mode (this means you would have to manually put the device to sleep and wake it up).
