Hi team,
On the IWRL6432AOP EVM board, the chip has a very small Thermal pad on the back. (Very small even when compared to IWR6843AOP.)
For this part, customer wonder if Radar Chip has very little heat generation, so there is no need for Thermal pad, or is there any other reason.
Additionally, if you have a Thermal pad reference for this chip, could you share it?
+I only found that part in DS. (Semiconductor and IC Package Thermal Metrics (Rev. D) )
