Hi all,

I am looking for TMP104EVM. However, I cannot find it on Ti.com and only software is listed.

TMP104EVM Evaluation Board and Software Tutorial

1) Can I order TMP104EVM currently?

2) If it is discontinued, why is it discontinued? Is there a problem with the EVM?

    Hello Ryusuke,

    This EVM was discontinued due to the SM-USB-DIG module's discontinuation. Without it the EVM could no longer be used. If you are interested in a UART-compatible temperature with an EVM I would recommend the TMP144. Although it is not software-compatible with the TMP104, it has better accuracy (1C vs 2C) and temperature resolution (12-bit vs 8-bit) and is also available in a DSBGA package.
