The general GPIO or communication port side can be processed with internal pull-up or internal pull-down, so it seems that it can be processed as FLOAT when not in use, but

GPADC does not seem to have internal pull-down or pull-up processing.
In this case, please check whether external pull-up or pull-down processing is absolutely necessary.

In the hardware requirements of the functional safety manual, there is a recommendation not to place I/O pins in float. Except for LVDS pins and Power pins, the remaining pins have their own internal pull-up and pull-down, but I understand that GPADC does not have internal pull-up and pull-down. So do I need to not externally pull-down the unused GPADC pins?

Hello,

I am speaking purely from a hardware requirement perspective. You can leave them floating and it will not cause any damage to the device.

However, if you are referring to functional safety then we cannot answer that question. That needs to be reviewed and signed off on by your functional safety manager based on your functional safety requirements.
