TMP112: TMP112

Part Number: TMP112

Tool/software:

On table 6.3 Recommended Operating Conditions in the datasheet for the TMP112 the V+ Supply voltage has a range of 1.4V to 3.6V.   But, on the first page of the datasheet it give the accuracy for various versions of the TMP112 and for the TMP112A it lists the accuracy at 3.3V and for the TMP112B the accuracy is listed at 1.8V.  Does this mean that if you want to run the TMP112 at 1.8V you need to purchase a TMP112B?  Does the TMP112A work at 1.8V and if so what is the accuracy?

  • TMP112A is trimmed in production at 3.3V, allowing us to offer the highest accuracy specification at that voltage.

TMP112B is trimmed in production at 1.8V, allowing us to offer the highest accuracy specification at that voltage.

For both versions, +/-1C is given as the max error across all voltages and temperatures specified.

    thanks,
