IWRL6432: the time from "Power on reset" to application can do first frame detection

Hi expert,

The power source for my customer's application is battery. They want to use PIR sensor to turn on IWRL6432(not low power mode).

from datasheet, 8ms is from power stable to app boot start.

They want to know the time from "Power stable" to application can do first frame detection.

any idea about the number?

Hi Frank,

The application boot time is ~40ms then there would be some additional time required for chirping, processing and outputting the data. The amount of time each of these will take depends on factors like how many chirps you are using, which processing blocks are enabled, and which outputs are enabled.
