Hi,
this is Marco Adinolfi from the OKOLAB company, nice to be in touch with you.
I have a question regarding the HDC3022DEJR humidity sensor.
What is the maximum pressure beyond which this sensor can operate?

Marco,
Unfortunately our team currently does not have the data to share with you, it is something we are actively considering. What pressure ranges were you considering using the HDC3022 at?
Thanks

I'd love to know if TI has any humidity sensors that operate at or above 45 psia (~30 psig). Also if there are any calibration shifts associated with operating in an environment of water vapor and high purity hydrogen.
Greg,
Thank you for sharing the desired pressure range, that is helpful for us in our characterization discussions. Unfortunately we don't have any humidity accuracy data over pressure, so I can't say how the higher pressure will impact RH accuracy on our sensors.
We have also not tested how RH accuracy will be affected against high purity hydrogen. All the chemical exposure data we have collected is available in our HDC3x Silicon Users Guide. There is no pure hydrogen test in here, but you may find it helpful.

Hi Alex, and sorry for the late reply.
However, we would use the sensor between 2 and 3 bar
Thanks
Marco
Marco,
Understood. As I said previously, we don't have data in the range nor can I provide educated guidance on how the sensor will perform in that pressurized environment.
