Hello Team,
One of our customer claimed a board LDC1101EVM due to configuration/ streaming data issues. We sent out replacement but customer issues remains unsolved. Please see the following,

- Both boards have connection problems with the LDC1101EVM GUI. Even with a successful connection, it is not possible to configure or stream data.
- Both boards were connected identically and showed the same problems with the GUI.
- A screenshot of the device manager is attached, which shows that the boards are recognised. We therefore suspect that the problem is with the LDC1101EVM GUI as the hardware on both boards appears to be working.
I need support in troubleshooting the LDC1101EVM GUI in order to be able to read out the data of the Boards.
