LDC1314EVM: High current in shutdown mode

Part Number: LDC1314EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LDC1314

Tool/software:

I have been using the LDC1314EVM for prototyping but I am seeing very high current in shutdown mode.

Power analyzer is showing ~1.8mA in shutdown, while the datasheet reports 200nA.

I have separated the TI microcontroller portion from the EVM and added a header to the LDC1314 portion. I was controlling the chip with an stm32 dev board and driving the SD pin with a GPIO and seeing high current in shutdown.

In an effort to remove as many variables as possible, I disconnected the stm32 and only connected 3.3V to Vdd and jumping the SD pin to Vdd, I am still seeing 1.8mA.

How can ensure the LDC is going into shutdown and/or lower shutdown current to the 200nA reported in the datasheet.
