When I use OPT4003DNPQ1EVM_GUI on Windows 10,
the software starts up,
but the device doesn't seem to be recognized,
the "Start Capture" button is grayed out, and I can't operate it.
Do you know the cause of this?

Once you connect your device and launch the software, you will see the image below.
In this state, the "Start Capture" button is disabled and no measurements are taken.
Hi Gento,
The GUI is not operable in the device shutdown mode, which is what it currently is in the image you have shown, as noted by "PWRDN" in operation select.
You will need to click the drop-down and select the "Continuous" mode of operation and then it will let you start capture and view measurements.
