AWR6843: How to configure txOutPower

Dear team,
I'm using AWR6843 and I have some questions regarding <txOutPower> configuration from profileCfg.

1) What is the valid range for txOutPower config? (min and max value)
2) What is the step size for configuration? Can I set it in 1dB increment?
3) Where can I find document explaining this?
