Dear TI Support Team,

I purchased an IWRL6432AOP evaluation module from the TI official website. Currently, I intend to conduct some demo research on this board. According to the instructions on the official website, I need to download the SDK version 5.5.0.1. However, when I clicked the download link, I was denied access. Please refer to the screenshot below. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Yes, I hav already create a support ticket, and I have received a reply email. It mentioned that my request was rejected due to global trade compliance restrictions. However, I have already successfully purchased the device. It's unreasonable that I'm not allowed to download now. How should I resolve this?

Okay, thank you. A few more questions, can you please let me know what country/region you are located in? Also, you mentioned that this SDK link comes from instructions from the official website, can you please let me know what page that you have found these instructions are located at? Do you have the same issue if you try downloading the latest mmWave L SDK 5.5.3.0 ?

I'm located in Guangdong, China. The document link corresponding to the Demo is: dev.ti.com/.../vital_signs_user_guide.html

The website for SDK download is: www.ti.com/.../MMWAVE-L-SDK

I tried downloading the MMWAVE-L-SDK version 5.5.3.0, and I encountered the same issue.

I have confirmed there is no issue with the download link. TI always tries to comply with global trade restrictions so there is likely a restriction in place which forbids you from accessing the content. Unfortunately this is not something I can help you resolve on the E2E forums. I would encourage you to try to get this resolved with the customer support center.
