The white line selected in the second photo represents Shield1. I placed the Shield1 line between each sensor line and also laid out the Shield1 area on the rear side
I attempted to measure the capacitance of 64 channels using the FDC1004. The measured capacitance averages 45pF with fluctuations of up to 1pF. The target is to achieve fluctuations below 100fF.. How can I resolve this issue?
