Hi i want to measure 1 Milligauss to 200 gauss , can this ic measure it if so whats the error and noise ratios , if not can you suggest me any alternative , this is for an industrial application where emi is high.

Converting your input range into mT, the device would need to be able to measure from 0.1uT to 20mT. TMAG5170D-Q1 has a selectable input range with the lowest setting at +/-25mT, so this device would be appropriate to handle the upper end of your input range. The input referred noise for this device has a typical value of 11uT at room temperature with over-sampling enabled at the 32x averaging.
Unfortunately, the lower end of your input range requires a noise floor which is much lower than any device we currently offer.
Thanks,
Scott
In the 32x averaging mode and using the +/-25mT range, the 12-bit result is expanded to a 16-bit result with an effective number of bits of about 14.5. The LSB size is 0.76uT, but the RMS noise as mentioned above will be typically about 11uT and this should be your limiting factor.
This information is shown in the published datasheet:

Each device goes through a final test procedure and trim at the end of production.
