Hi,

Our customer is considering evaluation testing of the INA740B EVM and TI-SCB in a temperature chamber.
What is the operating temperature range of the TI-SCB?

    Hello Hiroshi-san,

    The TI-SCB as a whole has note been evaluated over temperature. However, the main IC of the TI-SCB has an ambient operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.  However, going over the Bill of Materials, it looks like the most sensitive components are designed for an ambient temperature of -40°C to 85°C. So, if you are going to go above 85°C, then you will want to have the TI-SCB outside of the temperature chamber and just run cables inside.
