LMP91000: About TIA specification.

Hi team,

I can choose GAIN by using external register between C1 and C2.
However ,I don't know how much of GAIN is available at this resistance value.
Could you tell me more detail for TIA spec?

BR,
Kengo.

  • Kengo,

This is a transimpedance amplifier, so it converts current into voltage. The working electrode (WE) pin of the compatible electrochemical cells will output a small current, so the TIA gain resistor is used to convert that into the voltage on the VOUT pin.

The gain can be set internally with I2C registers to select from a list of preprogrammed options. Or you can choose your own gain resistor across C1 and C2. Note that the max resistance value that the LMP91000 supports is 350 KOhms.

    Regards
