You can also use mmWaveSensingEstimator(https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/mmwave/mmWaveSensingEstimator/ver/2.4.0/) to change the paramters and check how it impacts the chirp profile.

Yes, if multiple tx are used then chirp repetition period is numTx * (chirpIdleTime + rampEndTime)

If you know the distance to a strong target from the radar, then time elapsed would be 2* (distance to target)/speed of light
