AWR1843AOP: The question about ripple specification

Part Number: AWR1843AOP

Tool/software:

Hi TI team,

In the datasheet, there is a ripple specification of 1.0V and 1.8V. It says that, "The 1.3-V (1.0 V) and 1.8-V power supply ripple specifications mentioned in table 7-2 are defined to meet a target
spur level of –105 dBc (RF Pin = –15 dBm) at the RX.". I want to know:

1. Why the spur level is -105dBc? Where does this value come from?

2. If we don't need to meet -105dBc, can we skip this ripple test? Because this test is very difficult. Could we just ensure that the power supply meet the requirement(1.0V±5%, 1.8V±5%)?
