AWR1843AOPEVM: detecting pedestrians and cyclists in close proximity

I am currently exploring radar solutions for an application that involves detecting pedestrians and cyclists in close proximity to heavy vehicles, such as trucks. The goal is to trigger a warning alert when a pedestrian or cyclist enters a predefined minimum safety range around the vehicle.

Could you please recommend the most suitable radar chip from your portfolio that is capable of reliably detecting pedestrians and cyclists in such scenarios?

Key factors I'm looking for include high accuracy in short-range detection.

Additionally, I would like to know if the AWR1843AOPEVM supports any existing application for pedestrian and cyclist detection.
