• What is the end application? Is it automotive?
• Are you looking for functional safety capable power solution?
• Do you plan to use AWRL6432 device in 3.3V I/O Power optimized mode for your application? If so, then how do you plan to generate 3.3V from 7V?
• Is 7V being generated from vehicle battery supply?

Here are the answers:

1. Yes, this is for an automotive radar application.

2.The requirement is uncertain as the specifications are still undecided.

3. We plan to use 1.8V I/O with a 1.8V power source, while 1.2V usage is still undecided.

4. 7V is regulated, not directly sourced from the battery.

One way is having multiple stages:

As AWRL6432 also have 3.3V rail requirement so following configuration can be helpful because it helps for efficiency and power loss:

7V-->3.3V -->(TPS62911-Q1)

3.3V-->1.8V -->(TPS628502-Q1)

3.3V-->1.2V-->(TPS628502-Q1)
