AWR2544LOPEVM: How to run mmWave demo with LVDS-based instrumentation for awr2544

I found that awr2544 out of box demo has already supported streaming ADC data via LVDS. I was trying to make use of this for raw ADC data collection with DCA1000 board. However, I couldn't get *.bin file saved. Here are the details steps I did. 

1. Recompiled awr2544 out of box demo (sdk 4.7.0.1) with LVDS_STREAM preprocessor macro defined.

2. Reprogrammed awr2544 evm with step 1's output. Just to make sure that LVDS stream properly enabled in firmware. 

3. Connected awr2544 evm into DCA1000 hardware. (This setup confirmed to work using mmwave studio 3.1.4.4). 

4. Then I used Adc_Data_Capture_Tool_DCA1000_CLI tool from radar toolbox to capture ADC data via LDVS. Originally this tool supports for awr1843/xwr68xx. I got it worked with awr1843boost board, then modified it for awr2544. 

5. Everything seems to work without any issues; however, I couldn't get *.bin file saved. (I used profile_3d_3Azim_1ElevTx_DDM_LVDS_awr2544_1Xmode.cfg from out of demo folder).

Here are my debug steps I did: 

a. Ran awr2544 in code composer with JTAG debug. Everything seemed to be fine, no errors reported. Then plugged ethernet cable into awr2544 dev kit, I was able to capture 1d-fft data over wireshark. This means to me the config was right, awr2544 radar front end was working and streaming data via ethernet. 

b. Looked into DCA1000 board, I didn't the DATA_TRAN led blinking. Probably there was no data sent out on LVDS bus from awr2544 or DCA1000 hardware was unable to parse data correctly from awr2544 LVDS. 

c. Read sdk user_guide, it does mention that LVDS-based instrumentation for awr2544 and awr2944 supported. 

Questions: 

1. Can you please confirm if awr2544 out of box demo supports LVDS streaming of adc data? If not, what need to be modified to get LVDS up and running beside ethernet stream? 

2. Does Adc_Data_Capture_Tool_DCA1000_CLI support awr2544 adc data parser? If not, please recommend the modifications for this to work with awr2544 LVDS stream?
