Hello expert,

According to the reference circuit diagram of the development board IWRL6432BOOST,

we simplified and designed the following flash circuit (as shown in the figure).

During the flash test, it was found that uniflash would be stuck to "send break signal".

May I ask if such simplified brush will cause l6432 chip to not be flash?

We have checked whether the serial cable is on or off, and sop0 and sop1 are all low after power-on. Is there anything else that needs to be checked?

Hello,

Please share waveform for SOP0 and NRESET at the time of reset release.

Also, TI has not validated ZD25WQ32CEIGR. Can you please try with one of the TI validated parts?

Hi,

I replaced it with an MX25U1633FZUI chip, but the problem of flashing the device still persists. Are there any other directions for troubleshooting?

Hi Tony,

MX25U1633FZUI is a 1.8V flash part. The VCC of the flash part should be same as VIOIN of mmWave device (3.3V). As well as the PUs to CS, D2 and D3. I would recommend trying with MX25R1635FZHI0 or MX25V1635FZNQ03 which support 3.3V I/O. If they problem, still persists please share waveform for SOP0 and NRESET at the time of reset release.
