AWR2944P: Using 40MHz external Xtal

Dear team,

Is there concern to use 40MHz Xtal for AWR2944P/AWR2E44P? We understand 40MHz Xtal cannot support 25MHz clk for ethernet. We like to know if there is other concern for digital or analog behavior.

    Hello,

    AWR2944P/AWR2E44P can use either 40MHz or 50MHz crystal. There shouldnt be any concern apart from Ethernet CLK. 

    There might be software impications that you will need to update as its currently based on 50Mhz clock.
