AWRL6844: Product ti.mathlib.c66x v0.0 is not currently installed

Hi Radar team, 

I am trying to modify the source code of the in-cabin sensing project from Radar Toolbox 3.0.0.5. When trying to import into CCS, I get an error claiming that the C66 mathlib isn't installed: 

However, I've confirmed that the C66 mathlib is installed in C:/ti

Additionally, it appears to be packaged with the SDK 

But neither of these are recognized by CCS. Any ideas on how I can get CCS to find this library?
