I have a question about the calculation formula of the digitized sensor measurement.
According to formula 4 in the data sheet, DATAx is expressed by the following formula:
DATAx = fsensor / fREFx * 2^28
The datasheet states that DATAx is the ratio of the sensor frequency to the reference frequency, but what does the 2^28 in the above formula mean?
