HDC3022: HDC3022QDEJRQ1 (our ref. S/O 364221)

Hi,

We have a customer who ordered 75 pieces of p/n HDC3022QDEJRQ1.

According to the data sheet these sensors should be marked either 'P' or 'K', but they received parts without any top markings at all.

Could you please advise if this is correct for the HDC3022QDEJRQ1?

    Thomas,

    The HDC3022 has a PTFE filter over the entire package body, and it obscures the package markings that are visible on the other HDC3x devices. The filter is not intended to be removed, but it can be scraped off with tweezers if the package markings must be seen (this should only be done with a part the customer does not intend to use, since taking the filter off defeats the whole purpose of buying HDC3022). Has the customer done this and identified incorrect or missing package markings? Or have they just not lifted the filter so they see no markings?
