Hi IWR6843ISK champ !
My customer is using the IWR6843ISK board and has reported that sensor data is not transmitted when using a USB cable longer than 1.5 meters. The board only works reliably with shorter cables.
To resolve this, it would be helpful to provide them with recommended USB cable specifications such as:

Length: 1 meter or less

Wire Gauge: 24 AWG or thicker for power lines

USB Standard: At least USB 2.0 compliant

Shielding: Fully shielded cable to minimize signal degradation

Connector Type: USB-A to Micro-B (depending on board configuration)
Using a high-quality USB cable that meets these specifications can help ensure stable power delivery and reliable UART communication between the board and the PC.
