APIs are SW interfaces.
I need the full mechanical design with emphasis on antenna mounting, method, along with full set of drawing for antenna design (LOP) production mounting and engineering best practices.

Thanks for the clarification.
If you have the PCB design file, you can enable to view the exposed copper area at the top layer where antenna makes contact and there is also a DXF file as shown below which you can view the alignment pins for the antenna. Please find the board design files here, AWR2E44PEVM Evaluation board | TI.com
We do not own the design for the antenna, and the design is done by SPEED. I would recommend reaching out to them for any specific design detail questions or documentation about the LOP antenna.
