OPT3101: Super HDR+ De-alias mode

Hi Team,

Customer want to achieve Super HDR mode+ de-alias mode, How do we write command to achieve that?

They first use 01 channel TX and then switch to 00 channel TX,

if we write:

0x108

0x10A

0xB05

0x400

0x100

0x102

0xC00

0x405

the status machine will stuck in 0xB05, since the comp0 can't jump to next command if it didn't match the threshold.

Hello Yishan,

I'm working to find correct sequencer command order that will allow this configuration.

For clarity can you explain "the status machine will stuck in 0xB05, since the comp0 can't jump to next command if it didn't match the threshold"

B05 is comp1 not comp zero. I will continue to update.

To be clear if you are attempting to use sequencer command COMP0 you need to utilize 0x5__

How are you setting COMPARE_REG1 and COMPARE_REG2 ?

Hello Yishan,

Combining these modes is not supported due to how the Comp commands work in the sequencer. These commands only allow sequencer program count to stay at same step or move to program step chosen in the 8 LSB of the sequencer instruction. To utilize both super HDR and de-aliasing we would need program counter to go back at least 2 counts on COMP condition satisfied and jump forward on COMP condition fail.
