Could you please provide us with the CTE values for the subject part number?

We would appreciate it if you could provide the CTE values in ppm/°C or ppm/°F, as well as the temperature range over which the values are applicable.

We currently do not have the Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) in our datasheet. For me to get this information, I will need to reach out to our packaging team for this answer.

Hello Tamren,

Particular mold compound for this one has a Tg of 135 C. Alpha 1 is 10 ppm/C, Alpha 2 is 40 ppm/C. The alphas represent the CTE above and below the Tg.
