Per Customer:

ALL THEY NEED IS FOR US TO CONFIRM WHAT POWER SUPPLY THEY NEED TO USE FOR
IT. IF THERE IS NOT A SPECIFIC ONE, THEN ONE THAT WILL WORK WITH THE
PARTS.

HE BELIEVES IT JUST NEEDS A 5V AT 3A 15W SUPPLY BUT NEEDS US TO CONFIRM.

Could you confirm that the board is sourced by USB cable only? or there is any power supply that Customer can use?

Hi,

MMWAVEICBOOST cannot be powered by USB cable alone. DC Jack is required. Yes, the below specification should be alright for powering up the MMWAVEICBOOST

Hi,

Any 5V, 3A power adaptor can be used for the power supply. The DC jack is already mounted on the board. The power adaptor with earlier specified specification needs to be plugged in power up the MMWAVEICBOOST.

Many 5V power adaptors can be found in distributors website such as Digikey, Mouser and Arrow. Kindly make sure it supports >2A current rating.

I am sorry but I do not see explanation what type of connector it is.

Is it 2.5 x 5.5 or 2.1 x 5.5?

What is the length of the connector?

Hi,

Here are the specifications of the DC Jack:

Power Barrel Connector Jack 2.10mm ID (0.083"), 5.50mm OD (0.217") Through Hole, Right Angle.

The length of the Power Adaptor cable depends on the use-case application. Usually, it recommended to have 1m length.
